Invarium Business Solutions is committed to delivering services to the highest professional standard. All engagements are governed by a service-level framework agreed upon before commencement of work.
All intellectual property on this website — including but not limited to text, design, graphics, logos, and methodologies — is the property of Invarium Business Solutions unless otherwise stated.
Work product created by the Company specifically for a Client under a service Agreement will be governed by the intellectual property terms set out in that Agreement. In the absence of specific terms, all work product remains the property of Invarium Business Solutions until full payment has been received.
Invarium Business Solutions treats all client information with the highest level of discretion. We will not disclose any confidential business information shared with us in the course of an engagement to any third party without the prior written consent of the Client, except where required by law.
Clients are equally expected to keep confidential any proprietary processes, methodologies, or business information shared by Invarium Business Solutions in the course of an engagement.
Formal confidentiality obligations will be captured in a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) or the applicable service Agreement.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Invarium Business Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
The Company’s total liability in connection with any service engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client for the relevant service in the three months preceding the claim.
Fees for services are as agreed in each service Agreement. Unless otherwise stated:
Either party may terminate a service Agreement in accordance with the notice period specified in that Agreement. In the absence of a specified period, 30 days’ written notice is required.
The Company may terminate an engagement immediately where a Client has materially breached these Terms or the applicable service Agreement, including through non-payment or misuse of services.
On termination, the Client remains liable for all fees accrued up to the effective date of termination.
These Terms and Conditions, and any disputes arising from them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Zimbabwe. Both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Zimbabwe for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably.
Where services are delivered to clients in other jurisdictions, the parties may agree in writing to an alternative governing law in the service Agreement.
